The Municipality of San Miguel has allocated 1.5 hectares of land designed to be a Technology Park that will be made available for an IT-BPM company and integrated with commercial spaces, a transport terminal, and a provision for a training center to cater to the needs of the IT-BPM locator. The site is the former location of the Old Public Market, fronting the main thoroughfare to and from the city and the highlands.
The Techno Park will advance learning and skills competence, especially in the areas of communications, information technology, entrepreneurship, health care, tourism, climate change, and areas of specialized skills like building infrastructure
