Ambassador Anna Ferry and Team Sweden recently visited Transcom Asia PH, a Swedish-owned BPO company that proudly employs nearly 10,000 professionals across the country—including over 1,000 in Iloilo.

This June, Transcom made a meaningful step toward inclusive regional growth by opening a Recruitment Hub in Iloilo, investing in local talent for roles in customer service, technical support, and back-office operations.

This initiative reflects the strong partnership between Sweden and the Philippines and the importance of supporting business growth beyond Metro Manila.
