Former Senator Franklin Drilon shows support to the Iloilo City Government and local exhibitors at the World Food Expo 2025

#LOOK | Proud Ilonggo, former Senator Franklin Drilon, shows support to the Iloilo City Government and local exhibitors at the World Food Expo 2025.

The Ilonggo former senator took time to visit the Iloilo City Pavilion at the World Food Expo today.

He, along with former Iloilo Festivals Foundation, Inc. President Allan Ryan Tan, also joined the crowd watching the cooking demo of Ilonggo Pinangat with Chef Ariel Castañeda of Richmonde Hotel.

The visit highlighted the importance of promoting and preserving local delicacies, ensuring that they continue to be a source of livelihood and a symbol of Iloilo’s vibrant culture.

The expo at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, runs until Saturday, August 9.
